How to get that Gorgeous Glow !!

All my ladies who want to know how to get the perfect Glow and Highlight to the skin this post is going to give you a tips and tricks so just keep on reading !!

If you are naturally an oily girl like me and don't want to look oily just pick the steps that you prefer or which you feel most comfortable with.

First of all, if you love your skin to look glowy and dewy the best to things to do to achieve that look are the following.

STEP 1

- Add a liquid illumatior to your skin -
you can do this by either applying onto your skin after you have primed your face.
OR
you can add it in with your foundation.

These liquid illuminator are the ones I use regularly, There are plenty other makeup brands (such as Inglot, L'Oreal, Nars, Benefit) that have liquid illuminators these are just the ones I currently have in my collection and I would recommend.

- Rimmel Good to Glow illuminator
I use 001 notting hill glow in this illuminator and its so beautiful!! Its really lightweight on the skin and makes you look so healthy. It adds the perfect amount of radiance to your makeup.

- NYX Liquid Illuminator
Nyx have one other liquid illuminator but I love this one because it sinks into the skin beautifully, It makes the skin look very refreshed and glowy. You can still see the nice glow through your foundation.

- Sleek Barekissed Illuminator
This actual sleek illuminator adds the perfect amount of luminosity to the skin and I just love it!! sleek have 3 other different shades to choose from, I prefer to use this one.

Penny's/Primark Make-up Brushes

 Penny's/Primark Makeup Brushes

  • Pennys/Primark are slaying the Beauty Industry lately, From Makeup Products to Makeup Brushes to Eyelashes to Fake Nails they have so many amazing products that are very affordable. I decided to pick up some of the Brushes and test them out seen as they are so cheap I wanted to see if they were good because they are so affordable. I've been testing the brushes out for a couple weeks, I'm giving my honest opinion on each brush and if there worth purchasing. These each range from €1.50 - €4.00 depending on the brush and the size. and Look at how pretty they are! To me they don't look as cheap as they actually are.

Double Ended Powder & Blush Brush

Double ended power and blush brush, Both ends are so soft and fluffy!!!! I use both sides of this brush for powder. I use the smaller end to set under my eyes and the larger end to set the rest of my face. I was very impressed with how this brush applied the powder to my face and how soft the brush actually was.

Overall - I think this brush is definitely worth buying especially for anyone who does not want to splash out on a powder brush, considering how cheap this brush is, it is totally worth purchasing. I love the smaller end of this brush it works wonders for setting under the eyes.

Double Ended Stippling Brush

Double ended stippling brush is not exactly a stippling brush, both ends are more of a flat top kabuki brush, but this brush is good for blending out concealer or any other liquid products. I used the smaller end to blend out my concealer under my eyes, It did do a pretty good job but I found my beauty blender works so much better and I would much prefer it. I used the larger end to blend out my contour and it blended out nicely with this brush I just had to go back in my beauty blender and make sure there were no harsh lines and that it wouldn't wipe away any of the product.

Overall - It did an okay job on blending both my concealer and cream contour but I do prefer my beauty blender its just so quick and easy compared to this brush it takes a bit more time to blend it out properly. If you don't like using any beauty sponges, I would recommend this brush as it is only €2.50. But if your looking for something that will blend out your concealer and cream contour I would totally recommend spending them money on a beauty blender or a high end makeup brush for this purchase.

Kabuki Brush

This Kabuki Brush is great for just setting the whole face because it has a large head that it covers much more of the face then the powder brush mentioned above. I set my whole face with this but there is nothing to special about this brush, I didn't notice anything great when I applied my powder just that it set all foundation and concealer.

Overall - It did work as I said above there is nothing special this kabuki brush, it didn't make much difference to my makeup but for €2 this brush isn't going to have any magical powers, so you cant really go wrong with buying it and it wont break the bank.
