Tan Remover ? | Black Magic Tan

Hi everyone, sorry I have been totally MIA on here over the past few weeks, I just needed to regroup and figure out if this blog is still worth my time or not. I have came to the decision to give it another go, like a fresh start and if by the end of the year I'm still feeling the same well I might just end it.
But on a very positive note, I am here writing another post for you and I personally think its a great one ;)

I am going to be telling you all about the latest trend at the moment
 TAN REMOVER

I purchased the black magic tan remover at the Irish Beauty Show, I think this one has been out nearly the longest correct me if I'm wrong! And I've been dying to purchase some tan from the brand so it was the perfect time to purchase the two, I also got the Xfoliate mitt because why the heck not.

Where do I begin ?

About the product - It is a foaming tan remover, so comes out in a white foam, easy to apply and dries efficiently fast.
Cruelty free, vegan friendly and paraben free.
It is an Australia brand(made in Australia)
Recommended to use on 'old tan that is more than 72 hours old' to see best results.
Not to be used on irritated skin or any open wounds.

Ingredients -  Purified Water, Urea, Aloe Vera, Aloe (Barbadensis) Extract, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Bicarbonate, Witch Hazel Extract, Ethoxydiglycol, Glycorine, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate & Glycerin & Lauryl Gucoside & Sodium Cocyl Glutamare & Sodium Lauryl Glucose Carboxylate, 1,3-Butanediol, Polysorbate 20, Phenoxyethanol, Green Tea Extract, Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, Citric Acid.

Packaging - I love the packaging of the tan remover and the tan mousse. Its super simple but that's what i like about it. It's so clean not in your face and gets straight to the point.

Directions - Apply the foaming mousse directly onto tanned dry skin, and leave sitting on skin for 5-10 minutes. Using the Xfoliate Mitt start to gently to exfoliate the skin where the product was applied, this will help the product to lightly lift away. Once completed shower off the residue.

My opinion
I had two layers of tan on for about 5 days and it was starting to get patchy on my wrists and chest so it was the perfect time to try it out so I did exactly what the said on the bottle, I applied it all over my body as I had a full body tan on,.

I noticed straight away that it does have a slightly weird scent to it, It is not an unpleasant scent at all and nothing that would turn you off the product.

It feels slightly sticky no matter how much I rubbed it in, but that's something that does not bother me nor should bother you as you only leave it on for 5-10 minutes.

I left it for 10 minutes and then started to slightly exfoliate, and the tan fell from my skin. It came off so easily, I did not have to scrub my skin for my tan to come off, to say I was shocked with how easily it came off was an understatement, my skin felt and looked so clean!  You can see for yourself from the pictures below.

Before

After

As you can see from the pictures I went from a nice shade of mahogany to a milk bottle, So it 110% worked. I would normally have to shower and scrub my tan for 3 days in a row for it to come off. And this magic in it bottle did it in the matter of 10 minutes!!!!!!!

I do think the mitt played a major part in the removal too, I found it much more gently on the skin than the exfoliate gloves. I did not have to scrub my skin for it to come off! I would have very sensitive to dry skin on my body and sometimes my skin would be very red and sore after using the exfoliate gloves but the mitt did the complete opposite.

I'm obsessed with these two products straight off the bat. I still have to try the tan out so I will update you guys over on my Instagram once I have tried it.
I could not recommend these to you guys enough! Worth every penny, I'm just delighted to finally be able to take my tan off and without hurting myself too.
You can purchase the black magic tan products on their Website or In Bronze Boutique which is located in Allenwood, Co.Kildare.

That is all for now my lovelies, If you have any questions do not be afraid to ask.
I should be back soon ;)

Lots of love
Lyndsey xo
