Makeup Look | Cut Crease

A cut crease isn't as simple as it might look, Its very time consuming and its not like your everyday eyeshadow look that might only take 5 minutes to create.
You must take the time to do it in order to get a good result.

Here is how I achieved this cut crease step by step

  1. I applied Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer all over the lid as a base for my eyeshadow and blended it out.
  2. Set the eyeshadow primer with Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in 001 Transparent.
  3. Moving onto the eyeshadow, I applied Essence Blush in babydoll and applied it into the crease and just above it avoiding the lid.
  4. I used Inglot's Eyeshadow in no.357 which is matte beige/brown colour, blend that out into the crease to deepen up the crease and not have it too pink.
  5. Now on to the cut crease, using Collections Long Lasting Concealer in no.1 fair. I craved out my crease with an angled brush and applied the concealer all over the lid.
  6. Once the concealer was all over the lid I set it with Thirteen from the Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette.
  7. To make the cut crease look more defined and intense I went in with Inglot's Eyeshadow in no.329. which is a darker brown colour just above where I craved out my cut crease.
  8. Next moving onto the winged liner, I used my favourite gel liner!! Inglot Gel Liner in 77.
  9. I also applied Inglot Gel Liner to my water liner to make my eyes dark and dramatic.
  10. Moving down to the lower lash line, I applied the same Essence Blush in babydoll and blended it out.
  11. Using Makeup Geek Eyeshadow in Corrupt I applied it close to the water line to make it darker and more dramatic.
  12. I used Catrice Cosmetics Highlighting Eyeshadow in 030 1001 Golden Nights to the inner corner of my eye to brighten up my eyes.
  13. Winged my liner into the inner tear duct with Inglot Gel Liner in 77.
  14. Applied Maybelline Lash Sensational to my top and bottom lashes and then the look is complete!!!
I never really wear fake eyelashes unless I'm going out simply because I wear glasses everyday and applying eyelashes is just to much for me but any of SoSu Lashes would go amazingly with this look, my personal favourite are Gigi's.

Hope this was helpful to any of you girlies that struggle with a cut crease, I'll do a proper step by step of how to achieve a cut crease if you guys would rather that.
Thanks so much for reading
